Pete Flick

Pete is the Founder & Managing Partner of Amplify SG, an entrepreneurial holding company focused on building software, healthcare, and b2b service businesses with remarkable people.

Prior to founding Amplify, Pete was CEO of Remarkable Health, a software company serving behavioral health and human service providers. Pete acquired the business via a search fund in 2015, converted the revenue model from a license/maintenance model to 100% hosted subscription, launched the first AI product in the industry, and sold the business in 2021.

Prior to Remarkable Health Pete co-founded Relay Network where he held dual roles of CFO and VP of Product. He managed the product and technology teams, released several products, was credited as an inventor on a mobile communication patent, and led $18m in venture financing from top-tier VCs and investors.

Earlier in his career Pete worked at Spectrum Equity Investors in Boston, a $4 billion private equity firm focused on investing in financial technology, online media, and vertical SaaS companies. Before Spectrum, Pete was an analyst in the Leveraged Finance Group of Citigroup, underwriting high-yield bank and bond financings. Prior to that, Pete served as an analyst at Graham Partners, a middle-market LBO firm based in suburban Philadelphia.

Peter graduated from Villanova University with a B.S. in Business Administration. While at Villanova, he played Division 1 lacrosse, started and managed an industrial cleaning company (while attending night school), and co-founded the Villanova Entrepreneurial Society. He lives in Phoenix, AZ with his wife and three children.
